We align product scope with market reality: who buys first, what they pay for, and what can wait. That means prioritisation workshops, positioning and messaging discipline, launch sequencing, and honest trade-offs between speed, quality, and regulatory or operational risk—so engineering and commercial efforts point in the same direction.
Strategy, narrative & capital conversations
When you raise or partner, the story must match the numbers.
