🛥️ SignalBoat Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

❓ What is SignalBoat?
SignalBoat is a copy trading platform designed for crypto investors. You can monitor positions in real-time opened by expert traders (signal providers) and optionally follow them manually.
🧠 What does it do?
SignalBoat helps you make faster trading decisions by providing:
  • Live open positions
  • Historical performance and closed trades
  • Order details and push notifications (Premium only)
You review the signals and decide which ones to follow — you place your own trades manually.
📊 What markets can I trade in?
SignalBoat opens positions for Binance Global's Futures Trading. The goal here is to open "leveraged" positions on reliable cryptocurrencies and tokens (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) on a trustworthy exchange to generate income even from small movements. Instead of Futures, you can also open similar positions with Binance Margin Trading. You can open the same positions in the spot market (where you only buy and sell), but since they won't be leveraged, you may achieve lower returns.
📱 Who is it for?
  • Beginners: Learn by following expert traders
  • Active traders: Discover new strategies and save time
  • Premium users: Get real-time alerts for faster reactions
⚙️ How does it work?
Signal providers submit their positions via the Binance Futures API. SignalBoat delivers them to your device in real-time using WebSocket technology.

Note: SignalBoat does not execute trades on your behalf. You always place your own orders manually.
🆓 Is it free?
SignalBoat follows a freemium model:

Free access: View open positions and historical PnL
Premium features:
  • See pending and canceled orders
  • Access detailed trade info
  • Get instant push notifications
🔒 Is it secure?
Absolutely. SignalBoat:
  • Uses Supabase to store data securely
  • Only stores: email, hashed password, time zone, language
  • Does NOT request API keys or access your wallet
  • Only shares trader data with you — not the other way around
